Father

by Lucid Dementia

/

about

This was originally created for the Twisted album, but was deemed not good enough for it and left off. The song was chock full of programming problems and would frequently "glitch" during playback, making it so that song would sound different every time it played. Mixing it also proved to be a big headache so it was just given up on. Then other people accidently heard it, loved it, and won't let it die.

lyrics

Fathers got his hand on my leg.

Fathers got his hand on my leg
don't you know he wants, me to beg?
fills me with his faith, and his guilt.
Isn't that the way, that it's built?

(chorus)

Fathers got his hand on my thigh
telling me the rosary's mine
confessing all the sins, that I cry
God I feel like I am going to die!

(chorus)

Fathers got his hand on my soul
says he'll fill an empty hole
there's a stain, on the floor
Fathers heading out the door.

(Chorus)

Lucid Dementia is an Avant Garde Industrial Metal band from Austin, Texas that is led by a 6 foot tall alien creature puppet.
"I don’t know quite what I was expecting, but quite frankly, I was blown away!!! This band is great! They’re Goth, punk, and tight as hell. I couldn’t stop pounding my feet and bobbing my head. I defy you not to get off!"
